Movement Reset: Energy and Focus at Work
A practical movement session for office teams.
What will you learn?
Modern workdays often involve long periods of sitting, high cognitive load, and constant input. Over time, this can reduce energy, focus, and overall engagement.
Movement Reset is a practical and accessible session designed to help teams restore energy and attention through simple, guided movement.
Participants are introduced to basic mobility exercises for the spine, shoulders, and hips, helping release physical tension and support better circulation and alertness. The session also includes light partner-based activities that encourage interaction, coordination, and team connection.
When the body is activated, attention improves. When teams move together, communication often becomes more natural and present.
Participants typically return to work feeling more energized, mentally clear, and focused.
