Conflict management course
Learn to manage conflicts effectively with our conflict management course. Gain practical tools to identify, understand, and resolve conflicts in the workplace or in personal relationships, while strengthening communication, collaboration, and empathy.
What will you learn in this course?
This conflict management course provides insight into how conflicts arise, develop, and can be resolved in a constructive way. You will learn about different types of conflict, including interpersonal and workplace conflicts, and how factors such as misunderstandings, value differences, and resource constraints can trigger them. Through frameworks such as the Thomas–Kilmann model, you will gain tools to adapt your conflict-handling style to different situations.
The course also explores the role of communication, with a strong focus on active listening and managing difficult conversations. Topics such as mediation, negotiation, emotional intelligence, and conflict prevention are covered, along with cultural factors that can influence conflict dynamics. Through practical exercises and role play, you will have the opportunity to apply these skills in realistic scenarios.
