# Nonviolent Communication for Leaders and Teams

Communication shapes culture. What leaders say and how they say it determines whether teams feel clarity, resistance, silence, or trust.

## What will you learn?

This course provides practical communication tools for leaders and teams who want to:

- Give feedback that strengthens performance instead of triggering defensiveness
- Address tension before it escalates into conflict
- Create psychological safety without losing accountability
- Speak clearly in high-stakes conversations
- Build trust across diverse and multicultural teams

The course is based on the **Nonviolent Communication (NVC)** model and focuses on real workplace situations.

Participants work with:

- everyday leadership conversations
- difficult feedback scenarios
- misunderstandings across roles or cultures
- moments where clarity and responsibility are required
