Course in Inclusive Communication and Recruitment
This course in inclusive communication and recruitment provides a practical and hands-on understanding of how language, imagery, and messaging shape culture, a sense of belonging, and who actually chooses to apply to your organisation.
What will you learn in this course?
We begin by exploring what inclusive communication means in practice, and how small adjustments in word choice, visual expression, and tone can make a significant difference in how an organization is perceived—both internally and externally.
We then look at how recruitment and employer branding can be made more inclusive. This includes everything from job advertisements and career pages to how you present your work environment and organizational values. Participants are given concrete examples of barriers that can limit diversity, along with tools to create a broader and more relevant candidate pool.
Finally, we work with strategic policy development within equality and inclusion. Participants learn how to build strong communication guidelines and how to translate them into everyday practice across HR, marketing, and leadership. The course includes reflection tasks and practical exercises to help you develop a more consistent and inclusive communication approach.
The course is tailored to your industry, maturity level, and objectives.
Target audience:
This course is particularly well suited for HR teams, recruiters, communication and marketing departments, employer branding professionals, and leaders who want to develop a more inclusive and cohesive communication strategy.
Available both in person and digitally.
