What will you learn in this course?
The course “Peer Support and Inclusion” explores the importance of building a work environment where collegial support and inclusion are at the core. We begin by examining the role of peer support in both well-being and performance, and how inclusion can act as a catalyst for individual and collective growth. The course provides tools for creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels welcome and valued.
We then explore role modeling and leadership, and how you—as a colleague or leader—can be a positive driving force for inclusive practices. Another key focus area is fostering psychological safety, which is essential for employees to feel safe being themselves and sharing their perspectives without fear. The course also offers practical strategies for peer support, enabling you to support colleagues in an effective and empathetic way.
Through case studies and hands-on exercises, you will gain practical experience in applying these concepts in everyday work situations. The course concludes with concrete actions you can take to improve your own work environment.
